Refund policy

Because our services are custom-scoped, knowledge-intensive, and digitally delivered, all completed work is non-refundable. If a deliverable materially fails to conform to the accepted scope, we will correct it at no additional charge. Disputes must be raised in writing within 14 days of delivery.
